So far they've given me the best customer service of any store that I've ever dealt with. I'm wondering if I got lucky twice, or if I can count on them as much as it appears that I can? I recently bought 2 Hon office chairs from them (2 boxes and 2 shipments), at the lowest price of any store on the net. They came just a few days later and I was thrilled. I was so happy that I ordered another one of the same chairs for a third desk. I was home when UPS came to deliver that chair, but it was the wrong chair. I decided to check it out and possibly keep it, since it appeared they substituted a better, more expensive chair instead, but on opening the box I decided no, I'd rather just have all the chairs match, and that I preferred the Hon. I sent an email stating that I wanted the chair I ordered, and that there must have been a mistake. There was actually another address label on the box, and I'm guessing I was sent another customer's order by mistake, but no matter, because they said no problem and no charges, sorry for the mistake. UPS came back the very next day to pick up the package for free, and the day after that I received my third Hon chair. Mistakes happen with any company, it's how they handle it that shows what kind of a company you're dealing with. In this case I got the best chair, at BY FAR the best price, shipped super fast... 3 times. At least for ME, they are a 5-star store and I'll obviously be giving them more business."
