I've been a Magellan's customer for many years and ordered a couple of items on Sunday. The process was straight forward as always. Several months ago I notified them of a problem with an item I had purchased too long ago to expect any recourse, but it took me that long to determine what was keeping it from working. The customer service fellow thanked me for notifying them and then, to my surprise, I was told to return it and they would give me a credit. So I called the following Monday and asked about this credit. The customer service rep found the credit and applied it to my order. The "best way" shipping fee was $0.00 and my package arrived on Tuesday AM.
